Wayne Forte
is the founder of Entourage Talent Associates, a boutique agency built on decades of experience in booking, artist development, and international touring. A veteran of the music industry, Forte has guided the careers of iconic artists—from David Bowie and Duran Duran to The Clash, Joe Satriani, and Tedeschi Trucks Band.
Starting in local clubs and rising to arenas and stadiums worldwide, Forte’s career spans work at major agencies like CMA, ICM, and William Morris, where he championed then-emerging genres like punk and new wave. In 1981, he co-founded International Talent Group (ITG), representing a roster of groundbreaking artists and co-producing world tours.
Since launching Entourage in 1993, Forte has continued to focus on sustainable, artist-first career building—offering the strategic insight of a large agency with the care of a boutique firm. He also serves on the board of Paladin Artists, a growing, independent agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles.
Forte is known for his sharp eye for talent, global touring expertise, and commitment to empowering artists with structure and strategy—always letting the artist’s voice lead.
Julia Sepulveda
is a Texas native whose passion for music led her to Boston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University. While in school, she immersed herself in the local scene—interning at a family-owned music club and volunteering at several regional festivals—gaining hands-on experience in live music and event operations. She later expanded her industry exposure with a pivotal internship at Island Records in New York City.
After graduating in 2015, Julia returned to New York to focus on booking and live music. She joined Entourage Talent as an intern and quickly moved into a full-time role as personal assistant to founder Wayne Forte. Her drive, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the business led to her promotion to Operations Manager in 2018. In 2023, Julia became Managing Director of Entourage Talent Associates, where she now plays a key leadership role in agency operations, strategy, and artist support.
Luisa Kormann
was born and raised in Germany, where she began her career in the performing arts as an Assistant Director at the renowned Volksbühne Berlin. In 2014, she moved to the United States to pursue an M.A. in Performing Arts Administration at New York University.
Following her studies, Luisa held roles in the development departments at esteemed institutions including Roulette Intermedium, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. In 2017, she transitioned into artist representation, becoming an agent focused on the Midwest and Southeast regions at The Roots Agency.
In 2024, Luisa joined Entourage Talent Associates, bringing with her a passion for live performance, deep industry insight, and a global perspective. She has served on the Board of Directors for the North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA) since 2021, contributing to the advancement of the performing arts community across the continent.
Jill Sinno
was born and raised on Long Island, Jill Sinno earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry from State University of New York – Oneonta. Jill previously worked for Entourage Talent for six and a half years from 1998 to 2004, before leaving to pursue a career in Animal Welfare. During her 13 year music industry hiatus, Jill attended the SF SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers and worked for the ASPCA. While at the ASPCA, Jill was a Behavior Counselor at the Adoption Center, then an Animal Rehabilitation Counselor at the ASPCA Behavioral Rehabilitation Center in Madison, NJ. At the Rehab Center, Jill worked with canine victims of cruelty and neglect, helping to soothe their fears and prepare them for adoption. The work of Jill and her coworkers was applauded and even featured in the documentary “Second Chance Dogs”!
Never quite getting over her “first love” – music – she was thrilled when timing worked out for a return to the music business and to Entourage. And we are glad to have her, welcome back Jill!
Adison Nadler
was born and raised in New Jersey by a family of artists and musicians. From backyard concerts to battle-of-the-bands competitions, she was inspired early on by the creativity of her community. While studying at Ithaca College, she worked on ICTV’s musical variety show On Beat and interned as a feature writer for Music Mecca. Now based in Brooklyn, Adison continues to grow her career in the music industry as an Administrative Assistant with ETA.
Miranda Forte-Doss
was born and raised in Connecticut, just outside of New York City. After earning her degree from Emory University in Atlanta and completing a year of national service with AmeriCorps, she began her career working across accounting, administration, website management, and social media marketing.
With a lifelong love of music—fostered early on by her father’s eclectic taste—Miranda was thrilled to “come back home” in 2013 by joining the Entourage Talent Associates team part-time, applying her broad skill set to support the agency’s operations. Since then, she has earned her MBA and built a successful full-time career in finance and operations, working in both private industry and the nonprofit sector in the greater Washington D.C. area.
